These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ZeroWanCast, including the mobile host apps, web controllers, Chromecast receiver, website at zerowancast.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Kenny Ye (sole trader, Australia) ("we", "us", or "our").

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

ZeroWanCast is a local party game engine that enables couch multiplayer games over a local network. Players use phones as controllers while the game display appears on a TV or external screen via Chromecast, AirPlay, or HDMI. The Service is designed to work without internet for gameplay, though some features (such as Chromecast casting) may require network connectivity.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' sessions
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code except as permitted by law
• Ensure all players in your session have consented to participate

Intellectual property

ZeroWanCast, its logo, branding, engine, and documentation are owned by Kenny Ye. Individual games built on ZeroWanCast may be owned by their respective creators. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Cast, Apple AirPlay, and app stores. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Kenny Ye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (or AUD $100 if you paid nothing).

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the apps.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
